Akathist to St. Panteleimon, Berwick - 07/27/2011
On Wednesday, Holy Annunciation Church in Berwick celebrated an Akathist to the Great Martyr and Healer Saint Panteleimon. His Grace, Bishop Tikhon, church rector, Fr. Michael Demko, and Fr. Daniel Kovalak led the akathist. In attendance were nearly 50 faithful from various churches in the area, Orthodox and non-Orthodox alike. After the akathist, everyone was annointed with the myrrh which streams from the relics of the great saint. A light reception was held outside for fellowship.(56 images)
