On Saturday, January 25, 2025, His Beatitude Archbishop Anastasios of Tirana, Durrës, and All Albania fell asleep in the Lord.
On behalf of His Eminence Archbishop Mark, the clergy, matushki, and faithful of the Diocese of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania, the Diocesan Media Office extends it prayers and condolences to the church of Albania on the loss of their archpastor and primate.
May his memory be eternal, and may his soul dwell with the righteous!
