St. Nicholas Orthodox Church Celebrates Feast of the Entrance - 04/24/2016
On Sunday, April 24, 2016, the faithful of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Bethlehem, PA celebrated the Feast of the Entrance into Jerusalem with the blessing of the palms and willows. Fr. James Weremedic, Rector, assisted by Fr. James Mason, Fr. Thomas Edwards and Deacon Geoffrey LoBalbo, blessed the Palms and Pussy Willows that were taken home by parishioners in Bethlehem, PA.
The Saint Nicholas “O” Club prepared and served a light Lenten Luncheon, to celebrate the start of Holy Week. St. Nicholas awaits with great anticipation the Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ!
