SOUTH CANAAN, PA [STOTS]

On Monday, February 24, 2025, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, St. Tikhon’s Theological Seminary will host a clergy-only Zoom conversation titled "Intentional Discipleship for Ministry: A Conversation on Vocations with Parish Priests," led by Archpriest John Parker, Dean, and Priest Paul Witek.

This gathering is a continuation of the ongoing dialogue regarding the critical role of adult formation and mentorship in cultivating candidate seminarians and discerning priestly vocations. The future of an educated and prepared priesthood depends on the readiness of parish priests and communities to identify, form, and encourage young men in service to the Orthodox Church.

The aim is to foster a collegial discussion that not only illuminates the current state of affairs but also charts a cohesive and holistic path forward for nurturing vocations. Through this shared dialogue, practical strategies will be explored to identify, mentor, and cultivate the next generation of clergy.
