Church school in Nanticoke minister to the elderly - 08/27/2009
St. John the Baptist Church in Nanticoke has an ongoing ministry to the Birchwood Retirement and Rehabilitation Center. On August 27, the church school children visited the ladies cooking class. They created natural bird feeders with pine cones, peanut butter, and bird seed. Everyone that participated had a wonderful time and the elderly certainly enjoyed the presence of the young children.
