In this workshop, Earl Nichols, D.Min., LMFT (a former pastor of a wounded congregation) will share ways to identify a wounded congregation; how to recognize the injuries and consequences; and specific steps that give "the how" you, as pastor, can guide the wounded congregation to health and wholeness.
