St. Michael's Collects School Supplies and Funds for at-risk children
St. Michael’s Orthodox Church in Mt. Carmel is supporting the after school program for at-risk children in Mt. Carmel Area School District, coordinated by the Greater Susquehanna Valley United Way. The parish collected school supplies and cash for the program. The 5th and 6th grade students in this program are making Christmas cards for the parish to distribute to local nursing homes.
