Christ the Saviour Celebrates Feast of Transfiguration - 08/06/2018
On Monday, August 6, the community of Christ the Saviour Orthodox Church in Harrisburg, PA celebrated the Feast of the Transfiguration with the blessing of “first fruits.”
Thou wast transfigured on the mount. O Christ God, revealing Thy glory to Thy disciples as they could bear it. Let Thine everlasting light shine upon us sinners. Through the prayers of the Theotokos, O Giver of Light, glory to Thee!
