On April 19, 2018 at the FCC Allenwood, a Volunteer Appreciation Banquet was held for those in prison ministry. Fr James Chuta was recognized as “Volunteer of the Year” for USP Lewisburg. Fr Dan and Myra Kovalak were presented a “Lifetime Service” Award for their 30+ years of prison ministry. Included in the photo are Fr James’ wife Nancy Pashchuk, LSCI Chaplain Lew Messinger and USP Lewisburg Warden David Ebbert.
