The Biannual Orthodox Christian Prison Ministry (OCPM) Board Meeting was held on February 2nd, 2018, in Jacksonville, Florida. Archbishop Mark is the Episcopal Liaison for the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops in North America, and the Very Rev. John Kowalczyk is the Executive Secretary of the Board of Directors of OCPM.
