Booklet for the service of the Akafist to the Theotokos available for download
This Friday night the Typicon prescribes a special service of Small Compline with the Akafist and Canon to the Theotokos. The Liturgical Life Committee of the Diocese of Eastern PA has prepared a special booklet with this service and it is now available for download from Diocesan web site and can be printed for the use of the choir and parishioners. Also, available is a PDF file with musical notation for the Odes of the Canon that can be used by the church choir.
