Bethlehem's St. Nicholas Orthodox Club of the Fellowship of Orthodox Christians in America held its annual pancake brunch on February 7, 2016.  John Mikita served up his famous hot cakes while Mary Dorosh,  Michael Dorosh, Dennis Chrush and Judy Lezinsky prepared the scrambled eggs, sausage, juice,  fruit,  and munchkins. This year’s donations were earmarked for the church’s 100th anniversary,  which is being celebrated this year.  Rector of the church is Fr. James Weremedic
