St. John the Baptist Selected as “Best Church Pierogies” for Second Year - 06/13/2015
On June 12 and 13, 2015, members of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church participated in the 2nd Annual Edwardsville Pierogi Festival. The Parish had a stand where they had the opportunity to see old friends and make many new ones during the two day event. Many ethnic items were available for purchase, as well as their home-made pierogis. The parish’s pierogies were judged to be the “Best Church Pierogis” for the second straight year.
