St. Vladimir's Orthodox Church welcomes Wilkes-Barre Deanery to Mission Service - 04/06/2014
On Sunday, April 6, 2014, the parishioners of St. Vladimir's Orthodox Church in Lopez, PA welcomed members of the Wilkes-Barre Deanery to the St. Mary of Egypt Mission Service. Mother Christophora spoke about monastic life and she and two other nuns from Holy Transfiguration Monastery, Ellwood City, PA, sang the responses. Ten Priests were in attendance to concelebrate Lenten Vespers.
