Veterans from St. Michael's Orthodox Church, Jermyn, sponsored their annual Memorial Lityia Service for fallen members who served in World War II and the Korean War. The names of those who fell are inscribed in a monument alongside the Church. Father John Kowalczyk and Protodeacon Gabe Petorak conducted the service. This annual event is always held the Sunday following the St. Tikhon's Memorial Day Pilgrimage. Memory Eternal!
