On the last weekend of September, the Holy Apostles Orthodox Mission in Mechanicsburg, PA was blessed by the presence of the Myrrh-streaming Icon of St. Anna brought by Archimandrite Afanassy from St. Tikhon's Monastery. 

The icon arrived on Saturday evening, September 29th, accompanied by His Eminence, Archbishop Tikhon, who presided at the Great Vespers service.

On the following day the Divine Liturgy was celebrated by the Rector of the mission, Fr. Timothy Hojnicki and Fr. Afanassy, together with all the faithful who came to venerate the icon and to ask for the intercessions of St. Anna.
