Protodeacon Sergei Karpral presented Archbishop Tikhon with a book recently published by the Orthodox Fellowship of the Transfiguration. Deacon Sergei has been a long standing and faithful participant in this fellowship and has represented our Diocese well. He is tireless in raising our awareness of environmental concerns and reminding us of the sacredness and beauty of creation.
