On Thursday, September 8, His Grace, Bishop Tikhon, was a guest at the Installation of the Most Reverend Charles J. Chaput, O.F.M. Cap. as the ninth Archbishop of Philadelphia. In addition to His Grace, Fr. Victor Gorodenchuk (Dean of St. Stephen's Cathedral) and Fr. Matthew Cantrell (Rector of St. Mary's Church in Philadelphia) were in attendance.
