St. Stephen's Cathedral in Philadelphia celebrated its 35th Anniversary. In attendance were His Grace, Bishop Tikhon, Fr. David Vernak, and Dn. Joseph Edwards. One of St. Stephen’s parishioners, George Zlatkowski was tonsured a reader by Bishop Tikhon. Also, during the Diving Liturgy, the Rev. Fr. Victor was awarded the right to wear a red skoufia by His Grace. A banquet followed the Divine Liturgy at the Radisson Hotel.
