An Extraordinary Assembly of the Diocese of Eastern Pennsylvania will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2008 at St. Stephen's Cathedral in Philadelphia. This Assembly is being held as part of the Diocese's preparations for the upcoming 15th All American Council in November. The primary focus of this Assembly will be the consideration of the various resolutions and proposals that have been submitted by the parishes and institutions of this Diocese. The Extraordinary Diocesan Assembly will begin with the celebration of the Divine Liturgy at 9:00 am. Registration and Continental Breakfast will begin at 10:30 am and the Assembly will begin promptly at 11:00 am. Lunch will be served at 12:30 pm.
