His Grace Bishop Tikhon visited Holy Annunciation Church in Berwick on June 8th for the Sunday of the Fathers of the First Ecumenical Council.The Rector of the parish, Fr. James Weremedic, will be leaving the parish to pursue an internship in hospital chaplaincy. Before the Liturgy, Fr. James' son, James, was tonsured a reader by His Grace. Following the Divine Liturgy, the parish honored Father James, Matushka Lisa, the newly-tonsured reader James and Victoria, for their seven years of dedicated service to Holy Annunciation with a banquet at a local banquet facility(11 images)
