St.John the Baptist Celebrates Feast with Blessing of Fruits - 08/06/23
On Sunday, August 6, the community of St.John the Baptist Orthodox Church welcomed Fr.Igor Tarasov as we celebrated Divine Liturgy on the Feast of the Transfiguration. Fr.Igor is from Queens, New York, and his concelebrant was Fr.Michael Evans. Following Liturgy, Fr.Igor blessed the fruits as is customary, and then the parishioners gathered. A fasting meal was served in Repella hall where all enjoyed a meal and Orthodox Fellowship.
