Holy Apostle's Teens gather for Lenten Retreat - 04/01/23
HAOC's Teen Lenten Retreat was held on Saturday, April 1 with the theme: "Sinner to Saint: Nothing is Impossible with God," during which the teens decoupaged special icons of Saint Mary of Egypt. All the various creative and colorful icons that they made were so amazing to see! Father Timothy discussed with them the life of Saint Mary of Egypt and the lesson of Repentance. In addition, the group assembled items for HAOC's Lenten Charity Project, which were donated for our Children’s Lenten Retreat and by the general parish membership. A total of 72 hygiene kits were packaged and will be sent to the IOCC for use in their relief efforts.
