Philadelphia Clergy Brotherhood holds service of the blessing of Cooper River - 01/26/20

On Sunday, January 26 the clergy and faithful of Philadelphia area gathered at Camden County Boathouse for the blessing of Cooper River.  This marks the first time for the use of a new location for the Pan-Orthodox river blessing which was previously held on the Schuylkill River.  The Diocese of Eastern PA was represented by the clergy of St. Stephen Cathedral: Frs. Victor Gorodenchuk and Nikolai Gulin and Protodeacon George Zlatkowski.  The choir sang the responses under the leadership of Reader Daniel Drobish.  The clergy and the faithful gathered for food and fellowship following the service.
