Philadelphia Deanery Participates in Annual Golf Tournament - 08/28/18

Ramblewood Country Club in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey was the site of the 2nd Annual Two Holies and a Saint Golf Tournament on Friday, September 28, 2018. The Tournament brought together 64 participants, including 58 golfers, for an afternoon of golf and fellowship. This year, eight parishes were represented: St. Stephen Orthodox Catholic Cathedral of Philadelphia, PA, Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church of Philadelphia, PA, Orthodox Church of the Holy Cross of Medford, NJ, St. Michael the Archangel Orthodox Church of Wilmington, DE, St. Herman of Alaska Orthodox Church of Gradyville, PA, St. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church of Cherry Hill, NJ, Christ the Saviour Orthodox Church of Paramus, NJ and St. Andrew Orthodox Church of Baltimore, MD
Following the golf, which was contested in a best ball format, the participants gathered for dinner and the awarding of trophies to the winning team and prizes to the skilled golfers, including for longest and straightest drives and closest to the pin. Door prizes were also awarded to lucky ticket holders and participants had the opportunity to bid on an outstanding selection of auction items.
