Holy Assumption celebrates Feast of The Great Entrance - 04/23/16
On Saturday evening, April 23, 2016, 19 parishioners attended the Great Vespers of Palm Sunday at the Assumption of the Holy Virgin Orthodox Church in South Philadelphia, PA. Father Mark W. Koczak blessed the five loaves, the palms, and the pussy willow branches. If you look closely at one of the pictures, you will notice in the silver vase there are pussy willow branch lights which are lit.
