Great Canon of St. Andrew of Crete Served at Holy Ascension Church on Wednesday of Clean Week
FRACKVILLE, PA [DOEPA]
On Wednesday, March 5, 2025, the Great Canon of St. Andrew of Crete was served at Holy Ascension Church in Frackville, PA, by Priest Kirill Zawatski, Acting Rector.
“Do not reject me, O Savior! Do not cast me away from Thy presence! Take from me the heavy yoke of sin, and in Thy compassion, grant me remission of sins.”
The Great Canon will be celebrated on Thursday at 6:00 PM at St. Mary’s Church in St. Clair, PA. Additionally, the Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts will be served at Holy Ascension Church on Friday at 6:00 PM.
O Holy Father Andrew, pray unto God for us! Glory to God for all things!
