With the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Mark, the Youth Ministries Department of the Diocese of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania is pleased to announce that applications for St. Tikhon’s Summer Camp 2026 are now open. Youth and Volunteers are invited to apply today and begin preparing for another joyful and faith-filled summer experience.

St. Tikhon’s Summer Camp is a one week sleep away camp for Orthodox Christian children ages 7 to 17, held each July on the grounds of St. Tikhon’s Monastery and Seminary. A program of the Diocese, the camp blends faith, fellowship, and fun within a supportive and Christ centered community.

Camp life is rooted in worship and learning. Each day includes Morning and Evening Prayers, Vespers and the Divine Liturgy, along with daily Religious Education classes and workshops. Campers also participate in iconography classes, enjoy bedtime stories, and take part in the beloved annual talent show.

Recreation rounds out the experience with a wide variety of activities including paddleboating and fishing, swimming, field sports such as soccer and volleyball, gymnasium games including dodgeball and basketball, arts and crafts, ethnic dance classes, and more. St. Tikhon’s Summer Camp offers an unforgettable opportunity for children to grow in their faith, form lasting friendships, and experience a week filled with joy.
