After Divine Liturgy this past Sunday, November 5, the third Synaxis of HAOC’s “Heavenly Host” program was celebrated. This date was selected in anticipation of the Feast of the Synaxis of the Angels -- the patron saints of “Heavenly Host” -- which occurs today, Wednesday, November 8. Father Timothy presented awards to 12 of our parish youth, acknowledging their successful completion of requirements for various categories. In addition, four new members were added to the program, bringing the total number of participants to 18. “Heavenly Host” is a Diocesan-sponsored program that provides and recognizes spiritual growth opportunities for Orthodox youth ages 8 to 18.
