St. John the Baptist Welcomes Wilkes-Barre Deanery For Feast - 08/29/2023
On Tuesday, August 29, the community of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church in Edwardsville, PA welcomed their Orthodox brethren from around the Wilkes-Barre Deanery for Divine Liturgy on the Feast of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist, their patron Saint. Fr. Innocent Neal from Holy Trinity Orthodox Church celebrated Liturgy, with Fr. Michael Evans. Following services, all gathered in Repella Hall for a light lenten meal and Orthodox fellowship.
