Joyous Feast! On Sunday, June 4, we celebrated Holy Pentecost by welcoming three new Catechumens into our Parish Family – Dustin and Katie Baily and Jonathon Wilt. Congratulations and Many Years to them! Please keep them in your prayers as they embark on their journey into Orthodoxy. Immediately following the Great Pentecost Liturgy, we prayed the solemn Kneeling Prayers service. Having ended the Paschal season, the Church now is energized to again go out into the world and proclaim the Gospel to every creature. These cycles of feasting and fasting remind us of this great story of our salvation, and our role in it -- something to keep in mind as we continue to build up His Kingdom here on earth!
