The Annual St. Tikhon’s Summer Camp Sock Competition will return for 2026, continuing one of the camp’s most lighthearted and anticipated traditions.

The Youth Department of the Diocese of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania is proud to announce that this year’s friendly rivalry will once again feature Archpriest John Parker and Archpriest Timothy Hojnicki as they face off in a spirited contest of sock superiority. Throughout the week, campers, clergy, counselors, and staff alike will have the opportunity to witness the latest chapter in this ongoing summer camp tradition.

While the competition itself remains firmly rooted in fun and fellowship, both competitors will undoubtedly be seeking to secure a full year of bragging rights and the coveted title of St. Tikhon’s Summer Camp Sock Champion.

As preparations continue for another memorable summer at St. Tikhon’s Summer Camp, all are encouraged to keep an eye on this year’s contest and discover whose socks will reign supreme in 2026.
