On Sunday, June 21, 2026, Father’s Day, on behalf of His Eminence Archbishop Mark, the Diocesan Media Office extends heartfelt greetings, love, and prayers to all fathers throughout the Diocese and beyond.

On this special day, we offer sincere gratitude and appreciation for all fathers, grandfathers, godfathers, and spiritual fathers who faithfully dedicate their lives to the care, guidance, protection, and spiritual nurturing of their families and communities. We also offer our sincere thanks to the priests of our Diocese and throughout the Church, who serve as spiritual fathers to the faithful through their pastoral care, prayers, teaching, and sacramental ministry. Through their love, sacrifice, wisdom, steadfast faith, and commitment to Christ, they serve as examples of Christian fatherhood and provide strength, encouragement, and leadership to those entrusted to their care. His Eminence especially offers prayers for all living fathers and spiritual fathers, asking the Lord to grant them peace, health, strength, joy, and many blessed years as they continue their sacred vocation of love and service.

The Diocese also remembers in prayer all reposed fathers, grandfathers, godfathers, and spiritual fathers who have fallen asleep in the Lord. May their memories be eternal, and may Christ our God grant rest to their souls among the righteous.

As we give thanks for the many blessings bestowed upon our families and communities through the faithful witness of fathers, may the Lord continue to strengthen and preserve them in every good work. May He grant them wisdom, patience, courage, and steadfast faith as they strive to lead their families in the love of God and the life of His Holy Church.
