FRACKVILLE, PA [DOEPA]
On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, the parish community of Holy Ascension Church in Frackville, PA, gathered in the evening for the celebration of the Vesperal Divine Liturgy for the Great Feast of the Ascension of our Lord.
The Liturgy was celebrated by Priest Kirill Zawatski, Rector, with Archpriest Aleksey Paranyuk, Rector of St. Michael's Church in Mount Carmel, PA, and Archpriest Edward Hughes concelebrating. The parish community prayerfully marked the feastday with joy reflecting upon the promise of Christ’s abiding presence and His exaltation at the right hand of the Father.
