SHENANDOAH, PA [DOEPA]
On Thursday, April 30, 2026, Priest Kirill Zawatski, Rector of Holy Ascension Church in Frackville, PA, had the honor of offering the invocation at the ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony of the new CEBA building, the Center for Education, Business & Arts, in Shenandoah, PA.
During his remarks, Father Kirill reflected on the people of the Coal Region, speaking about their deep faith, hard work, sacrifice, and enduring spirit. He emphasized the strength and character of the people of Schuylkill County and the importance of preserving and investing in the local community for future generations. Community leaders, local officials, and guests gathered to celebrate the opening of the new facility, which will serve as a center dedicated to education, business development, and the arts throughout the region.
Priest Kirill and the faithful of Holy Ascension Church extend their congratulations to CEBA on the opening of this new facility and offer prayers for continued success in serving the Shenandoah community and the greater Coal Region.
