On behalf of His Eminence Archbishop Mark, the Clergy, Matushki and Faithful of the Diocese of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania, the Diocesan Media Office extends its warmest congratulations to Priest Kirill Zawatski, Rector of Holy Ascension Church in Frackville, PA, on the occasion of his 2nd anniversary of ordination to the Holy Priesthood.
Father Kirill was ordained to the Holy Priesthood by His Eminence Archbishop Mark at Holy Trinity Church in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Following his graduation from St. Tikhon’s Theological Seminary in May 2024, he was assigned in July 2024 as Rector of Holy Ascension Church.
In his ministry, Father Kirill bears joyful witness to the Gospel through his approachable spirit, pastoral care, and sincere dedication to the faithful entrusted to him.
We pray that God will grant Priest Kirill, Pani Olivia, and their family many years. Axios!
