SOUTH CANAAN, PA [DOEPA]
On Monday, June 30, 2025, St. Tikhon's Summer Camp continued its activities for the children, with campers actively participating throughout the day.
In the morning, the Gray Shirts (ages 14–17) had the opportunity to attend an early morning Liturgy at the Monastery Church. Many chose to take part in this experience and were able to receive the Holy Eucharist to begin their day.
Throughout the day, campers enjoyed a variety of activities including boating on the lake, swimming, workshops, and lessons. They also had the chance to paint icons, dance, practice liturgical music, and most importantly, spend time having fun and building friendships with their fellow campers and counselors.
After dinner, the camp held its annual water balloon fight, a favorite tradition that brought a lot of energy and laughter.
Afterwards, Daily Vespers was served by Priest Paul Witek, Rector of All Saints Church in Olyphant, PA.
It was a full day that reflected the spirit and purpose of St. Tikhon's Summer Camp, with much more to look forward to in the days to come.
Glory to God for all things!
