Fr. James Chuta Awarded Skufia - 11/22/15
On Sunday, November 22, Fr. James Chuta was awarded the Skufia by His Eminence, Archbishop MARK during his arch pastoral visit to Holy Ascension in Lykens, PA. The parish is being served by the V. Rev. Daniel Ressetar, Fr. James Chuta and Dn. Seraphim Reynolds. The Rev. Dn. Seraphim Reynolds was appointed as administrator of the parish and work directly with the Dean, Fr. Timothy Hojnicki. The parish was filled with the faithful of Holy Ascension, and the faithful from Minersville, Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg. The faithful at Holy Ascension are quite grateful for the care they are given.
