St. Stephens Cathedral Welcomes Archbishop MARK for the Great and Holy Feast - 04/12/15
This year’s Pascha celebration at St. Stephen Cathedral in Philadelphia was marked by the presence of His Eminence Archbishop MARK. He joined us for three services, starting with the Divine Liturgy of Holy Saturday. Before the beginning of the Liturgy there was a service of Chrismation at which Karen Popelak was received into the Church. In the evening His Eminence came to be with us for the midnight service of Nocturne, Procession, Paschal Matins and Divine Liturgy. After Paschal service there was an agape meal and fellowship with the parishioners of St. Stephen’s and visitors that came to join us for the celebration. Archbishop MARK concluded his visit to St. Stephen’s with Paschal Vespers.
