The beautification, restoration, and revival of Saint Mary’s Orthodox Church continues with painting of the Iconostasis before installation of new iconography that will adorn the church.
Glory to God for His continued Blessings of Saint Mary’s with parishioners who are coming together with their love of God and of Our Savior Jesus Christ to bring the truth and beauty of Holy Orthodoxy to the community and to Schuylkill County. A non-Orthodox community member heard of this project and contacted the Pottsville Republican-Herald newspaper. An article with photos made the front page of the newspaper. By the Grace of God, a local TV station saw the article and will be coming to Saint Mary’s for interviews and video footage of the church! Glory To Jesus Christ!
